Meridian General Capital is a Los Angeles, CA-based private equity group that invests in middle-market companies in growth industries and is focused on acquiring businesses that have a history of operating profits. We have a fully integrated financial and operational team. Meridian provides post-closing management and oversight of acquired companies from the initial transition period to exit in the investment. Our long-term engagements include providing interim 'C'​ level management of acquired companies, hiring and installing strong industry-relevant management, and serving on the Boards of our portfolio companies, until exit.
