Deerpath Capital ("Deerpath") is a provider of flexible, cash flow-based private debt financing to lower-middle market companies across diverse industries. Deerpath typically seeks to invest between $20 million to $100 million in companies with the following characteristics: revenue of $10 million to $200 million, EBITDA of $5 million to $20 million, established operating history, financial sponsor-backed and/or owner-operated and strong recurring revenue and/or high visibility into future cash flow generation. Deerpath has origination offices in New York, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Boston and Los Angeles.
